Albert Road Academicals was the former pupil side of the Albert Road Academy in Glasgow. The school is now Pollokshields Primary School in Albert Drive. The building was completed in 1882 by architects H & D Barclay. The Albert Road Academy is on the left in this picture. The school side has a rugby side from at least 1908.

The club survived the Second World War. They played Lenzie RFC on 24 November 1945.
